Aestify Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Aestify, our primary goal is to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order, and we aim to resolve any issues promptly. Below are the details of our return, refund, and cancellation policies:

Returns & Replacements

We offer a replacement guarantee for products that meet any of the following criteria:

  1. Damaged or Defective
  2. Lost in Transit
  3. Incorrect Product (Not what you ordered)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your order being marked as delivered. You can contact us via:

Important: For all claims, an opening video of the parcel (with the top wrap visible) is required. This helps us investigate any issues thoroughly and resolve them efficiently. We understand providing an opening video may seem inconvenient, but it is a necessary step for a smooth resolution.

Other Important Notes

  • Color Variations: Please note that the actual color of the product may slightly vary due to differences in screen brightness and resolution. Aestify will not provide a return or replacement for reasonable color variations.
  • Eligibility for Return or Replacement: Aestify reserves the right to decide if an order is eligible for a refund (only for prepaid orders) or replacement. Returns or exchanges will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer or if a wrong product was ordered by mistake.
  • Custom Products: Custom products are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect. The print quality of custom items depends on the resolution of the image used for customization. We cannot guarantee high-definition prints for custom products.
  • COD Orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are NOT eligible for refunds. If a manufacturing error is identified by Aestify, a free replacement will be offered.
  • Unreported Issues: If no issues are reported within 24 hours of the order being marked as delivered, Aestify will consider the order successfully fulfilled and will not accept returns or replacements.

Shipping & Address Issues

  • If the address you provided is incorrect, and the shipment is in transit, a correction request will incur a charge of β‚Ή500 + GST.
  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the complete forward shipment charge to have the item re-shipped.
  • If the order is refused or delivery is rescheduled more than twice, the order will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for the complete forward shipment charge to receive it again.

Sale/Promotion Items

Items purchased during special offers or promotions are not eligible for returns or replacements.

Order Tracking and OTP

We work with reliable courier services that require an OTP-based delivery confirmation. Customers must provide the OTP when receiving the package. Aestify will not accept returns or replacements if the OTP is provided before receiving the package, as this cannot guarantee the item was actually delivered. In such cases, the customer must file a police complaint with the courier company.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card company. Refunds typically take up to 5-7 business days to process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or credit card provider. For any further issues, feel free to contact us at support@aestify.in.

Sale or Promotion Items

Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns and refunds.

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed or shipped. However, if you request a cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and refund charges.
